เคาน์เตอร์-สไตรก์ (อังกฤษ: Counter-Strike, บ้างย่อเป็น CS) เป็นวิดีโอเกมยิงทางยุทธวิธีมุมมองบุคคลที่หนึ่ง พัฒนาโดย วาล์วคอร์เปอเรชัน ซึ่งถือกำเนิดขึ้นจากการปรับปรุงเกมฮาล์ฟ-ไลฟ์ เกมนี้ได้ขยายเป็นซีรีส์ตั้งแต่ออกวางจำหน่ายครั้งแรก ซึ่งปัจจุบันมี เคาน์เตอร์-สไตรก์: คอนดิชันซีโร, เคาน์เตอร์-สไตรก์: ซอร์ส และเคาน์เตอร์-สไตรก์: โกลบอลออฟเฟนซีฟ ผู้เล่นแบ่งเป็นทีมต่อต้านผู้ก่อการร้ายต่อทีมผู้ก่อการร้ายในการเล่นเป็นรอบ ๆ ไป แต่ละรอบชนะโดยสำเร็จภารกิจของด่านหรรือกำจัดกำลังฝ่ายตรงข้าม
